  • On average, we aim to deliver your creative requests within two business days. Some more complex tasks could take longer to deliver.

  • Once you subscribe and signup you will be prompted with a form to tell us about your brand and share your assets.

  • You can subscribe and get started submitting requests here.

  • Zach Hagen is the creative director behind Y7 Studio® and the lead designer supported by a team of additional designers.

  • You can add as many requests as you like. We will deliver the requests one at a time. We only work on one design request a time for clients.

  • We make pausing or canceling very easy at anytime. You can pause or cancel from within your dashboard. If you pause you can come back and use the remainder of the month you paid for. So for example, we work on 31 day billing cycles, if you pause 11 days into your cycle, you can come back and unpause and use the remaining 20 days at anytime.

  • We can accept larger design requests such as full website redesigns or brand identity projects. We will work on our side to breakdown the tasks into smaller achievable milestones and deliver updates on average every two business days.

  • Once you subscribe and login to our software, you will be able to submit design requests. You will fill out a small form with each design request so we can gather all the details we need.

  • If you’re not happy within your first week we will refund 75% of your first month’s payment. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds.
